New equipment launched | Still spraying one line at a time? High efficiency process of sheet spraying and sensing cutting assisted fluorescent conjugate pad process!

At present, many customers in the market are still cutting the conjugate pad into single strips and manually placing them one by one for spraying on the platform gas jet colloidal gold and fluorescent microsphere dispenser. However, the reciprocating sheet type spraying process has not been widely used, and the key bottleneck is how to precisely cut a single long strip according to the line spacing after spraying multiple lines at once. Due to the lack of suitable cutting equipment for sheet conjugate pad process, many customers currently manually cut the strips after the sheet is sprayed and dried, or use fixed spacing roller slitter machines for cutting. The former is inefficient, while the latter cannot adapt to the adjustment of spacing. When the fluorescent solution spraying lines are dried, if the sheet conjugate pad does not have tags to recognize the spraying line gaps, even manual cutting operation is prone to errors. In response to the current technological bottleneck, after years of research and development efforts, Kinbio has successfully developed a colloidal gold or fluorescence spraying and marking tag instrument - the Large Platform Tag Marking Dispenser HM3230M, which integrates spraying function and marking tag function. It can accurately identify the spraying line gap and mark the tag in real time. Combined with Kinbio's Sensing Sheet Cutter SPT300 or SPT450, the dual sensing probe accurately identifies the tags at both ends. Through the dual correction conveyor roller mode, the sheet conjugate pad sprayed with fluorescent solution or nano gold solution can be perfectly cut into a single long strip conjugate pad with precision.
